Old CD'S that you forgot about

have any of you guys ever bought a cd, had one listen then forgot about it. Then about a year later had a listen and thought "this is actually really good".

I listened to last years underwater cd (emerson and mutiny) and only listened to it again last night (only reason being mutiny was superb on sat), and really liked it, not the best thing but was not worth leaving it for a year.

anyone else find themselves doing the same thing?

Ive had dance compilations from years ago and not really been into the other side of the CD only to listen to it and cant believe how many classics are on there.

The last few weeks I've had a big erge to do a trace night.

Think im going to dig out all my old crasher and god's albums :D

I love doing that, finding an album that you've forgot about that's a little gem ;)

I normally end up 'rediscovering' them when we get in from a club and I'm trying to play the 'let's see how many CDs we can get out of their boxes' game

I found an old Erick CD - Live and More on Strictly Rhythm and reminded me how funking good Erick used be :D

darren emerson : uruguay.

quality cd. better than what he plays now.

yep that was a good quality cd! Tend to find things like old Global Underground cd's are more likely to re-appear in my cd player than old Gatecrasher cd's

The original A State of Trance by Armin Van Buuren (not the recent release obviously ;)), absolutely brilliant.
