Hmm - not sure I like. Seems to be jumping on the neon bandwagon a little too much... will be out of fashion by 2012!

But I guess it is 'cooler' and more 'yoof' than previous logos reflecting london's status as coolest city in the world :p :lol: ;)

i can imagine that using red white and blue in it somewhere was poo poo'd prob for the reason that the Far right would hijack it.

all it reminds me of is broken glass/graffitti. well the games are being held in east london after all...

looks like its been designed by a bunch of middle aged and out of touch politicians.
 
Its a joke.. and I saw Seb Coe go on about it on "Inside Sport" on sunday, bigging it up saying it's nothing like the others from the past...

woah. that is quite possibly the worst looking logo i have ever seen.

all the signs are certainly pointing to 2012 being a massive value for money success so far kidz.......

First impressions: God it's AWFUL!...but it's all trendy and pink so I'm thinking pop magazine now. :lol: Do you think it might grow on us?

On first glance it doesn't even look like 2012! 8O I'm not sure people will get it.

We made a competing logo out of a dry old cheese sandwich and tbh it looks better! 8O :lol:

Lol I didnt even see 2012 at first and thought that logo looks a bit rude for the olympics!! :lol: I thought it was a joke and now I know what it is I still think its a joke! :roll:
