Money isn't everything but security is - especially when living alone and paying a mortgage in London.
So if this goes to plan I'm going to be nice and comfortable without having to scrimp, save and put together creative budgets for the month.

Or...................set your mortgage repayments at however much more a month your terms allow and make a saving over the life of the loan. Quick maths says you'll be the best part of £500 up if you're a basic rate tax payer, so you can over pay £250+ extra a month and still have an extra lump of disposable income to fritter......

I'm going to be based in Marylebone - no idea if that's near you...I'm scared about venturing into West(ish) London every day.
I have indeed moved on from base level work in toilet cublicles.
