bunch of muppets.

a) i have to fill a form out to get a PAC code to port my number over.
b) its taken a week for it to be sent, and still no sign of it.

im switching networks, why do they have to be so funking obstructive! maybe if they give existing customers a better deal, they wont leave!

:x

*rant over*

I'm sure that's not allowed... It's supposed to be easy, I think I did mine over the phone when I was with O2.

Ring up ofcom and complain, and tell them you're doing that. They'll soon speed up their act

I emailed them asking about mine when I was considering changing and they emailed me it inside of a day.

Can you not phone up and get it over the phone dude?

i think the O2 service im getting is via the carphone whorehouse.

if its a piss poor effort to make me change my mind by slowing down the process, it aint working. i shall never buy anything from them ever again.

I left 02 a coupla months ago, only took a phone call to get my PAC codes (got 2 phones). They were awkward and difficult but eventually coughed up the details.

With Easymobile PAYG now, just phoned my mate in Alicante, Spain yesterday.
Phone call was 3min 42secs long and cost ............

...........55p!!! 8)

02 are fine if you just have them for Pay As You go (300 free text thing) .. but if you have a contract and have to change any sort of details .. i.e. your Direct Debit ...  They seem unable to cope with all this modern technology !

Technology

Well, thats human error then if they don't know how to use their technology or someone hasn't trained them.

Lets not blame the computers like all the banks do whenever their people fook up :) lol

They get blamed for a lot those poor computer thingies. Lets stick up for them for once.

P.s. I had nothing but trouble with O2, I'm now with easyMobile which is cheap and functional.

Ive been with O2 on a contract for 5 years now it used to be gueni when i started. i think they have been excelent ive never had any trouble at all.
