NUMBER 1 HED KANDI STYLEE TRACKS IN IBIZA THIS YEAR ARE....?

  • Thread starter Thread starter Gregas
  • Start date Start date
Dope and Dusted - R U Jealous (wicked rolling bass-line driven funk)
The Warren Clarke remix of Martin Solveig (that'll probably grind by the time the Summer comes round - Radio 1 are clattering it a bit since Miami.....)
Junior Jack - Stupidisco - was a b-side on the Italian's last release - Defected are holding it to release as a single in the SPring

.... sadly I think Stoney's track was played a bit too soon for this summer .. but ya never know !!!

Ahhh. But heard some new remixes of it this weekend including one by the Sharp Boys which has Summer Ibiza 2004 written all over it. Just got to get myself a copy of it now.

how many more mixes are there!

:D

I've got the Seamus Haji remix on a 12" with Axwell remix and Steve Angello & Sebastian Ingrosso remix. Includes the Acapella. :D Still prefer the JJ mix though.

I wasn't keen on the Seamus Haji remix. The Steve Agnello one is quite good, bit harder, but the JJ remix is the classic one. Can't wait to hear the Sharp boys version. :D

The Sharp Boys mix is the best mix they've ever done, I'm totally blown away and it will be the one for the summer, limited to only 2 CD's too keep you lot from getting too bored already ;-)

If it beats their (practically unheard of!) remix of Mary J Blige - Family Affair, i'll be well impressed

Are the sharp boys 'allowed' to play it on their show yet on kiss? Will be keeping my ears peeled if they are. :)

Stonebridge feat. Therese - Put'em high

Class!

Is that not from last year :?:

Skylark - Shout (Another great track from Nic Fanciulli - best dj around atm)
Deep Dish - Flash Dance :D
Hughes & Speir - Gordin

Couldn't agree more about Fanciulli being one of the best DJs at the moment. Skylark is putting out some great tracks too.
Love Flash Dance ...great track
Morillo played Dusk Till Dawn at Pacha last summer the night that he spun with Deep Dish, I have loved that track for a while, awesome PA at the Nikki Beach party. Can't wait to hear that one on the Space Terrace.

Hardsoul:: Back Together
should be played a bit, with its UK release on In The House Records and awesome new mixes by Seamus Haji, Copyright and Real People
:D

Peyton-A Higher Place

A big choon indeed from last year.

Still really really really really love it though. One of the finest, shinest, happiest songs ever

If you've ever seen him sing it live, I'm sure you'll agree that this guy has a lovely, lovely voice.

btw, fact fans, Mr Peyton is on the UK Queer Eye for a Straight Guy tv prog.

Sorry everybody but the top tune so far is......Stupidisco, the B side of Da Hype-----"Baby make your move, step across the line" 8) Came back home yestertday and back to work today! Am I down I hear you ask? No...because the memories linger on...& on!! Hope everybody has as great a time as we did at Space Opening, Pacha on Thursday and (a half empty but still better than Eden anytime) Es Paradis on Friday, for the rest of the summer! Went to Ibiza 9, 5 & 4 years ago and wasn't sure how it would be this time but it's still got the best vibe! Take care everyone and have a ball! Make the most of it!! :P

Ah, dam0! What's wrong, not cool enough for you, need something a bit more moody/ambient! If it makes you feel good, the song's got merit...and it does! Admittedly, on hearing the full version on my return a couple of days ago, hearing the same lyric repeated almost constantly for 5 mins is getting a bit tedious, however, the breakdown followed by that killer hook is bliss. Standing in the middle of Space, Bora Bora and Pacha(or are they not cool enough either  ) it raises the hairs on the neck every time! It's a bit disappointing to hear someone getting a bit upset this early in the summer! Never mind, eh??
