Hiya Nostrum
Thanks for a brilliant review. You've actually got me even more excited about my holiday, if that was possible.
Also, quite a few points that are relevant to myself!
I'm glad you enjoyed the walk round Salinas and Es Cavallet. This is something that we're planning on doing on one of our 'quiet' days, but in the opposite direction (finishing off with a bite to eat somewhere on Salinas beach). Sounds like it's a worthwhile way to spend a day, so that's put my mind at rest!
I notice you mention briefly that you went to Sunset Ashram. Planning on heading out there (by bus) on one of our non-clubbing nights. We're staying in San Antonio, and my question is; is it worth the journey, or better just sticking to the sunset strip?
You can tell your friends at Tentazione to reserve a table for 2 Scottish guys at the start of September!! Your review, and the photos, have sealed the deal. I do like an Italian, it's always my first choice for a nice meal. Was hoping to explore Delta Villa at some point this year, and was looking out for somewhere nice to eat. I love it when a plan comes together!
So anyway, we went to Pacha Classics last year, and I really enjoyed it. The drinks prices were a refreshing change from Amnesia (a few days earlier), and the music was brilliant. The stage shows we're entertaining as well, and gave you a wee break from dancing, to recharge the legs (must be getting old!)
Fair enough, it was the first (and only) night I've been to Pacha, so I don't have anything to compare it against, but I had a bloody good night. Didn't realise it had a 'gay' reputation right enough, but that could explain a lot (which is a long story, but involves taking someones photo for them, then getting into a bit of a situation!!).
I'm going back to Pacha this year, but for the Swedish House Mafia. I'm hoping it'll be a good night!
Last but not least, I think the instrument you're on about (the guitar/keyboard thing) is actually called a Keytar.
Check out this link:

It could be an accordian, but that tends to be rested on the lap rather than played upright. In fact, a trditional accordian doesn't even have a keyboard, it's all buttons, similar to an old typewriter!
