Non-Smokers Support Group

Started smoking properly over the last 2 months, where before it was just when I was out.

So..this is my first day of stopping completely, wish me luck :?

Tom bought his from a tobacco shop in Richmond, that might be a bit far for you to travel from France ;) He said any tobacco shop will sell it, just ask for herbal tobacco or he thinks you can buy it online.

The man in the shop told him they'd contain some tar and stuff but it was the nicotine he wanted to avoid. If you don't smoke but smoke joints they're def better for you than using proper cigarettes.

Well i suppose Nicotine is the worst chemical because of it's addictive qualities, but 'apparently' it's actually one of the safest chemicals in a cig.

Well getting Tom to stop smoking joints is like me stopping drinking wine so I spose it's a step in the right direction for him :lol:

I think they are ideal! I can have some joints at the weekend without filling up with nicotine again, so hopefully I wont get nicotine craving after I've had a joint.

I might just buy a new pipe or bong! :lol: Haven't had one of those since I was about 18! :lol: :lol:

cos i had to pop into london for a research mission, couldnt get any cash out of the machine and found im £500 over my overdraft.

got £60 to last me till end of next week...

my g/fs mum was a heavy smoker, for many years, she recently went on holiday and read alan carr's "how to stop smoking" and hasn't had one since??? ;)
