Hi :lol: Just checking in for the day, went out last night, drank a few spritzers and didn't even have the urge for a cigarette :D

How are my fellow non-smokers coping today??
 
i went to the pub last night but probably smoked the equivalent of 20 fags through secondary smoke -wankers
 
cant get no cash out of machine (insufficient funds)

am stressed and feeel like spending £2.50 on a pack of 10 silkies.

All ok here but I'm a stroppy (unt today :lol: 2 people so far have said 'whats wrong with you?' and apparently i got out of the wrong side of the bed :lol:

that saying is so shit! i got out of the same side of the bed as i always do :roll:

could we start a stroppy (unt thread please, cos I'm in a shitty mood today, not through giving up smoking obviously, just one of those days :evil: :evil: :evil: and I got out of bed the right side too, so I just dont know where I went wrong today

i'm now on my 11th consecutive day of non smoking... :D

haven't ventured into a pub since giving up tho', think that could be when I start to struggle...

Babs, just as I was with Jamies I must admit I'm very impressed with you both.. Not that I ever doubted you both of course ;) , I just knew how you both used to really enjoy a smoke..

anyway, keep it up...

It was definitely a first, me and Jamie both sat there last night cigarette-less 8O :lol:

We're going to be having a nicotine free apartment in Ibiza :lol:

Tom doesn't use cigarettes for his joints anymore, he uses that pretend tobacco that smells like marshmallows ;)

Tom doesn't smoke cigarettes but he always used to use my Camel Lights for skinning up but he didn't particularly like it and found it kept him awake at night so he got a tin of this herbal stuff that's completely nicotine free and harmless ;) It smells lovely as well, like marshmallows, it almost makes me want to smoke a joint :lol:

Hang on I'll e-mail him now and ask him where he got it from ;)

that combined with having to walk to and from the station at the moment, in the pissing rain, and having to come and sit in this f-ing office, apart from that its all good :lol:
