New job!

I've just found out that I got that job I had applied for two weeks ago!

Had my third and final interview this morning (really should have stayed in at the weekend ), and I found out this afternoon, start a week tomorrow.

Much better company than who I was with before, a young culture....and a 100% pay increase

Thats one way to cheer me up after a big weekend 8)

Its not in Marketing any more. My new position is as a Recruitment Consultant taking care of the Accounts and Finance division. Enjoyed the sales and pressure aspect of my last position, but just hated the constant cold calling telesales I had to do for about 80% of the day.

The interview process was a bit of a nightmare, about 5 hours worth over three days. Beat 19 people though to it so I'm quite proud of myself.

Finally have a very decent wage coming in8)
