New Hotel In Playa Den Bossa

I was in Ibiza in June of last year and there was a new hotel or apartment building under construction in Playa Den Bossa. It was between Hotel Garbi and Hotel Elgarb. Does anyone have any information on this place? Even the name of it would help as I can't find anything on the net about it. It was in a good location and is new so my friends and I were saying we will stay there when we go back in August this year.

Any information would be appreciated.

they are defnitely private apartments, "bossa del mar" is the name of the urbanization.
 
took them 6 years from start to finish.very nice indeed.private only.from 350.000 to 400.000...far as i saw in oct the pool had not been put inyet.

just blocks a bit of sunlight now from pool area of the algarb.around 4pm
