Town Hall operatives cordoned off the land next to the Destino Hotel in Cap Martinet last week as it was being used illegally as a car park for the establishment, without having been granted the necessary permits. Pachá discotheque, the proprietor of the hotel, claims that an application for permission has been made to the Consell, but it has not yet been forthcoming. The following day the tapes had been broken and the site was full of parked cars again.

btw, in that interview he mentioned that they could have bought playa real but prefered to rent the one for 30 years...
