New club in Eivissa

Macky has probably posted this already somewhere...anyway, the new club (Space II?) next to Burger King in Ibiza Town is now definitely happening (more about it in today's Diario http://www.diariodeibiza.com, "El Consell dice...."). Let's hope it's gonna be a good one! Or will driving to SYP and back be worse than driving to Salinas and back on a monday?

I think so!!!
Last year it had to be opened but not at last...
This year I know it will be definitely opened and working... 8)

no - it's the new space near to burger king opposite (ish) the formentera ferries.

the neighbours are already protesting and the mayor says he doesn't want it.

it will have a legal capacity of 600 if i´m not mistaken

VERGNÜGEN: Neue Disco für Eivissa…

Das Consell Insular hat grünes Licht für eine neue Disco an der Avenida de Santa Eulalia gegeben. In der Ortseinfahrt neben dem Burger King gegenüber dem Fähranleger nach Formentera soll der neue Tanztempel für 600 Personen entstehen. Der Ableger des Space steht seit fast zwei Jahren in der Kritik. Das Ayuntamiento von Eivissa und das Consell zu Zeiten der Pact-Regierung haben stets gegen das Projekt gestimmt. Der Bürgermeister von Eivissa, Xico Tarrés, fand die Entscheidung bedenklich. Er führte an, dass die Belästigung erheblich sein wird. Lärm- und Verkehrsprobleme seien vorprogrammiert.
