As some of you might know i went to ibiza last summer to work in san an....i only really did pr jobs and that did my head in i wish id done bar work or somethin else....im trying to decide whether to go back this year and do it again but one part of me says get a career and settle etc n the other says go! im looking at a change of resort and was thinking about santa eulalia so i could be somewhere chillled then go to the livelyness when i wanted to and was wondering exactly what this resort is like for jobs? also..............'should i stay or shud i goooooo? lol!
need some advice and its not the usual lol

The first time and last time I worked abroad was nearly 8 yrs ago. when I came back I wanted to go the year after but thought about career instead. I have regreated it ever since. Now I am 25 ( 26 on 25th of Jan ) and i feel like i got too sensible to just go, until now that is.

If you're still young with no responsibilites then GO! I definately would love to do it now (I'm 23) but due to commitments back here in the UK I have to put it on hold for a while. Me and my boyf are planning on buying a house soon then *hopefully* we can rent it out and travel for a year or so (and work a summer in Ibiza ;o) )

thanks again for the replys......the career i was doing was joining the armed forces but found out ive got a 12 month wait for my job so looking very likely that im heading to ibiza this summer.....still havent 100% decided i think it will be a last minute thing but saving money just incase lol!

If you are saying that you want somewhere quiet "Sta Eularia" is the right place to go,
if you are trying to earn some money while you are out here and then spend it while going clubbing or just going out in the evening, Sta Eularia is not the right place to go!! DEFINATELY NOT
In the summer it is hard to find a relaxing jopb to earn some money in a quiet place!!
The best jobs to go for are really as (Promoter or Working in Bars, or as help in the clubs, as then you might only be needed in the early hours of the day and can have the evening off doing what ever you want.
Sta Eularia is too quiet to earn enough money and the jobs there would be dull, I dont know your age but unless u are in the middle to late years of your life you will definatelly not enjoy it there!!!
(I live in Sta Eularia , well 5 mins away and there is really not much there)
A reasonably well paid, exhausting and sometimes verry enjoyable job is in clubs (eg: Punta Arabi, Cala Pada) they are in San Carlos
If you change your ind and want to do something like that i would recommend it!!

go go go.. im in exactly the same situation as you im 21 worked san an for the summer last year and gotta start being sensible so its one last mad summer for me. im gonna try to live in playa den bossa tho. sta eularia is well quiet tho i dated a girl from there last year. only one bar which opens til six the rest close at three. oh dear cant be living with that .

If you can, GO!!! I was in San An 4 mon last summer as well, summer of my life. Was planning to go back this year, but have no money
