Im going out in September with my business partner to celebrate our 2nd year in business and we want to stay in a cool Hotel thats luxurious but not too poncy that you cant chill out.
Any ideas? I've looked at the web sites for es vive, pacha and pikes. Not sure though.

We are staying in the Hacienda in June for a few days for our honeymoon http://www.hotelhacienda-ibiza.com/ for a bit of luxury (oh and I'm not poncey either  )

I don't know what you mean Rob. :? Did me and Babs not look like two beautiful mermaids welcoming you to the island when you arrived in September?

Of course you did. It could be THE most beautiful sight ive ever seen. After the first time I saw Erin of course

When you see this do the words 'beautiful' and 'mermaid' spring to mind

Have a look at the rural hotels on the main site, some look lovely. My personal favorite is Atzaro but I agree it is a bit far away from the action.

atzaro is absolutely gorgeous, especially the villas. they have a great spa as well, and the restaurant is so good we ended up eating there 3 times during a week

sa talaia has a lovely pool and garden and the rooms are comfy, but when we went there was way too few staff, in fact it seemed like there was only one woman doing everything.

pikes is nice in its own rustic way as well.

would love to try hacienda this summer, it looks amazing. you're a lucky girl barbie, let us know how it is :D
