got to brighton, had loada "fun" on the pier with works collegues.

went back to hotel for a kip b4 heading off to the sevendials restaurant - food was lush - shame company wasnt... Now being my usual quiet self with people i dont really know (i am shy by nature), fat chav marketing bint was doing my nut in with her constant "oh cheer up, u should do this, behave this way etc..." comments...

left restaurant, and headed to Hed Kandi @ the Honey CLub, where i had more of an ear bashing for not dancing in a circle with works peeps - (shoulda bought myself a handbag too :? )

anyways, HK wasnt as Chavtastic as My mate nick told me it coulda been, Andy and Hattie were on top form as usual, had a nice chat with em both (me and Hattie concluded that Playing out is better than sex). :lol:

anyways, boss looked like an "embarassing uncle"... :lol: but they all had a good crack, as they were expecting a "wallyworld" type club...

made lots of new "friends" as u do...

then at 1am, i got told we were "leaving". - like hell i was! so i got left on me lonesome for the rest of the night... walked back to hotel minus my jacket, which was taken back for me... and spent next 2 hours sitting in bed with massive grin, trying to refrain myself from sending random txts... :lol:

finally left brighton about 3pm after meeting up with my mate nick for a pint and a spot of record shopping...

at least i only got 5 more working days left b4 3 glorious weeks of doing naff all.

naive as they were (as well as pissed up), they were asking each other "crikey, he's perked up a bit".

totally agree with ya there. although since it went bi-monthly it has gone a bit chavtastic according to a source @ the club.

They both may have their critics, but

Pacha London was MADE for Hed Kandi

and Hed Kandi was MADE for Pacha London.

End of.

Honey Club is tiny. A lovely venue, but too little by half. Johnny Nicely, the back room resident, is their biggest asset!
 
Anyone been to a HK @ Republic in Sheffield?

I really didn't think this would work at a club that size.
 
I laugh in the general direciton of Pacha london :lol:

Used to be good but now just a pikey chav club hosting nights that are all the same and as boring/repetative/formulistic shit as eachother. HK is no exception.

Saffys been a couple of times and said it was good on here, but then every hk night saffy goes to is apparntly better than the last so thats no real marker ;)

if u want glitz Phillip, come to Harlow's Brand New Liquid Club, with WHite dancefloor!

A mate and I did at a works night out a few week ago, very good laugh :P Kept on getting asked why I was chewing gum in a nightclub....oh how naive :lol:
