My So...

Thanks to Buckley for puttin it toghether and for providing so many brillaint peeps to babble to.

The charming Alex (Bubble) played an absolute blinder of a set, he cleared the main room!!!

Krysko. Well...erm...I think I 'appreciated' his set rather than 'enjoyed' it. A rare chance to hear an original talent but the music didn't move me as much as it obviously did some of you others. From my wacked out chats to assorted randoms, i don't think i was the only one. Is it possible that the club would not have thinned out so early if the music had been a little more accessable?

To those I met:Rob, a joy as ever, Chewie, wide eyed and bushy tailed ;) , Coley - WTF were you like :D , Super D & Maria - you are two such damn fine people, see you at Glastonbury?, Midlife & Miss - really good to finally meet. Where can I get some of your freaky-dancing lessons?, Dam0 and his hungry mates, X-amout (briefly), Bekkiboo (even briefer), the refreshingly frank Comin-at-ya (and his delightfully stone cold sober girlfriend) markusg (thanks for the quality cd, made my Sat afternoon much more bearable) plus, of course, Jamie, Babs, Holly & Scoobie.
BBS, Kang, Karlos: i guess it's just not to be for us to become acquainted

What fun... See you guys soon.

I can't believe you didn't rate Krysko, he was awesome and I love his sound cos he's got his own unique style, personally there are very few people I would have liked more to have seen Buckley got as headliner (well maybe Jon lol  ;) )

it's just that personally, i would rather the place had been a bit busier and the music less 'interesting'.

drew, i dunno. things got a wee bit hazy

No probs, we all have out different tastes ;)

I think hazy summed up the night for a lot of people 8O   ;)

Listening to the recording now, i'm gutted i missed richard M. He played some quality soulful/vocal house, just a shame there wasnt more people there to enjoy it. :(

See what you're saying Rusty - but there's So.....many nights in London that suceed ( in commercial terms) by having the same few DJs bang this week's top ten funky house tunes and I think the bulk of So.....attendees would be bored by that. I want to So.....to have as much character (musically) as you lot do individually. Lesson learnt about relying almost solely on the board to promote though, So.....I guarantee a bigger crowd next time.

I'm keen on constructive criticism though, so.....keep it coming.

Didnt have my breakdancin shoes on though so it was wasted space

i think some guy had a go on stage towards the end of the night.. due to the rather large wet patch he had on his arse n back...
