You know I never question what you tell us but I thought that's bloody good timing if he can get from Clapham Common at 4.30pm Sunday to play at sunset in Ibiza. Then again I'm sure he doesn't have to queue up with the civillians at the airport does he

okay, miss babs was right. the problem is that there are still some posters around announcing that one-off so i got confused and thought it happened again last sunday. oops!!

Great review, Jez! Sounds like you had a great time.

Great photos too. You and Sarah make one great looking couple It was great to see some familiar places, and nice sunset shots too.

We stayed in Garbi in June and also didn't notice many English-speaking people... but as you said, great location and the price isn't bad either, plus you're only there to (occasionally) sleep... though it sounds like you made better use of the beach chairs

Thanks, it feels like a life time since we were there now (listening the thunder outside here at the mo!)... wishing I was on the terrace right now!

I liked the Garbi for a hotel and place to sleep but don't think I'll do PDB again, think it'll abit further up the coast next time... talamanca or figueretes I reckon.

I stayed in Talamanca in 2002 and 2003 and liked it a lot the first time but the second time we were there with some dentists convention (Hotel El Corso) and it was a bit odd

The first time was with the boys but the second time was with the missus. She didn't like riding on the water shuttle to Ibiza Town, which was what made the place so convenient. We also like the beach in PdB a little more... there's just more action (i.e. Bora Bora ) and less seaweeds in the water.

Dentists convention in Ibiza ....You wouldn't wanna go a for filling the next day would you... some twisted dentist taking out their 'ill feeling' on you!
