Is it a London phenomenom whereby people talking on their phones, stop in the street, and gesticulate like they are conducting an orchestra?
Waving their arms about and making sure that everyone knows they are having the conversation that phones were actually invented for. I feel like saying:
"Ok mate, you've got a Pay as you go off your ma for xmas, now stop being a bell end and calm the fck down"
People taking phone calls in places such as public transport and restaurants so others not in your company can hear is distracting and rude (unless it's an actual emergency).
