Who uses this??

why should i use this rather than just internet explorer??

is it quicker or somethin??
 
I use it at home. We seemed to start getting loads of problems with Internet Explorer. The main problem was it kept downloading About Blank :twisted:
 
1-it's safer
2-it's open-source
3-it provides a lot of functionalities (called extensions), and themes
4-it let you download video from the main video repository (Youtubr, Google, Dailymotion...)

hope I miss nothing.....
 
i find it much better to browse with. the security thing was debunked a while ago, think they are both on a par now, but i like how you can tab your internet windows and create little picture buttons (perfect for spamming forums grego, ideal for you!)
 
I mean its just got a search bar and Firefox at the top, I have never used Internet Explorer at home so dont know what it looks like

Thats usually the effect I have on people I have to say.

I just mean when I use internet explorer at work its our works home page thing, like an intranet, so I have never actually used it if that makes sense. Since we had our home computer rebooted its been the way to access the internet is Firefox.

I have a laptop soon so maybe I can see what its all about then!
 
IE7 now has tabbed browsing & that was the only advantage Firefox really had over IE6. All the security stuff was nonsense so long has you had all the latest updates, seeing as most people are on broadband now there is no reason not to get the security patches
