Moving to Ibiza on April 1st

Hello me, my wife and our 3 year old are moving to Ibiza on April 1st.

We are very excited and extremely nervous.

We are going over to do a minimum 6 months and if all goes well 12 months+.

We absolutely love the island and feel we need a new challenge and Ibiza is top of the list.

Looking to rent for time being, when would be the best time to look? We are hoping to go over start of March to look.

Any advice on schools/great community’s etc would be massively appreciated.

Any info you need fire away
Kids/schools you will need a address to get them in the system

Spaces are short so if they should be in school 4 or older I’d get cracking

Houses / apartments
April is not a great time start looking now ,
To get the best place expect to pay 12 months upfront . Not always the case but will give you a head start

We live in Santa Eulalia for me it’s the best for families and the social

Yes Santa Eulalia has ticked the boxes for us so far too.

Can you reccomend any decent estate agents for long lease rent?

One more thing, buying a van for my work, I gather price on the island is probably double for a vehicle, possibly thinking of buying from mainland to drive over?

Vans ? I run a removals company on the island so I know a bit about them ..

Yeah spanish plated vans are expensive, there is no choice here so mainland is a option
Or if you know you are staying lease of the bank it’s very reasonable!
