shame on them.

although i'm sure if their going for the commercial ministry of sound...i.e...their compilation stuff - san an is the right place, and it may do quite well.

sorry but that an absolutely disgraceful move

Seconded.

My whole picture of Ministry at Pacha (much like mos london before i went there) was always what I thought of would be the very pinnacle of clubbing. From midnight to 8 am where you danced like it was the last night on earth, the place had sent weeks getting ready, everyone was in a great mood, the outside world just didnt exist, and, most of all, you walked out of there, to the un shining, smiling from ear to ear, thinkink that the last 8 hours was one of the most important moments of your life.

And then you'd do it all again next week.

But when I went to last years closing party (whihc I thought would be the best of the best of the best night of my life - maybe I built it up a bit!) and it was Africanism ds :( :x  FUMING. I wanted classic ministry funky house. It wasnt that good at all.

The thing is, I can never admit it to myself, but I will never look forwad to a night like i did ministry. It's over. London nights are good, but they will NEVER be as good as either I imagined they would be like (like when I was 14), or how I remember when I first started to go.

A bit of a rant-without-point here, but I just can't bite the bullet and call ministry over, because I soooo want it to be good again *wipes tear*

Im sure they'll be something as good round the corner mate... :P

Must think positive! ;)

The ministry brand is dead in the water..they've got no headline DJ or music policy..and in this day and age its a necessity.

You might be right about it being successful if they did it but surely that's not an option is it?
Marc Hughes playing Ultrabeat won't happen.

That's a big surprise, as far as I was concerned, Marc was Mr Ministry in Ibiza. Does that mean the music policy will change this summer?
