Well, tonight is Thanksgiving, Mikkak. :D It's my favorite American holiday and has a special dinner associated with it.

If I were making dinner myself, I would make a big roasted turkey, some homemade corn bread stuffing (that's seasoned bread crumbs that you put inside the turkey for the last 30 minutes it's cooking), cranberry sauce, gravy (a meat-flavored sauce), potatoes au gratin or mashed potatoes, probably some greens (maybe spinach) and appetizers of some sort.

That's the dinner I've made (with some variations) for me and my friends on 8 of of the past 11 years. But tonight, we're going out to dinner because I didn't have time to cook :( But that's ok. The restaurant we are going to has a great traditional Thanksgiving dinner menu :D

This is why I asked you :D :D :D I knew the word roast or turkey would appear with the word gravy. MMmmmmmmmmmmm I love this kind of dinner. At Christmas at my home we allways have a roast english style with gravy, peas, roast potatoes, apple sauce, etc cannot waitt. Your wife is very lucky :D :D :D
I am a little masochistic and like to hear things that I canot eat, today again lettuce and tuna fish

She's excited about it too! She used to make fun of this holiday but after so many years I guess she's grown to like it.

We're just waiting for the rush hour traffic to subside and then it's off to meet some friends at the restaurant.
