Morbyd & Co. Do Ibiza 2006

Well, I was going to play this one up for fun, but I guess I'll go ahead and admit that I'm American, not Russian  (I just work out here).

Have fun on your trip! I'm sure you'll love it... and don't be afraid to visit Moscow. It's a tough city but it can be a lot of fun.

cheers...ahh i see i was wondering how your English was soo good, what has you working in the former Soviet Union then 8O:lol: i didn't think there was much $$$$$$ to be made there ;)

Are you kidding? Moscow has more billionnaires than any other city aside from New York. A human resources consulting firm just put out a report calling it the most expensive city to live in the world! I think both those facts distort the picture a bit, but this is certainly not a poor city - remember, Moscow is not like the rest of Russia (though there's plenty of money to be made in several other places around the CIS as well). I do alright... enough to blow several grand on an annual Ibiza trip but not enough to buy that villa anytime soon

Argh! Katrin! How could I forget to list you? It was a great pleasure meeting you at Space and I'm sad I didn't see more of you when we got back from watching the England game!

Yes, we did attend Mr Sanchez's Monday night at Pacha... though we spent a lot of time dancing around a table upstairs, as (as noted above) one of my friends had a bum leg.

How was the rest of your trip?

We went to Eden´s Gatecrasher on tuesday.... And it was awesome. Dave Pearce, JFK were great. But I think we were the only Germans there.... I met so funny people there (with glow sticks and things like that....)

wow morbyd - f@*#in' well done!!!
(must say i wasn't expecting anything else than another stunning review from you ;) )

and i'm glad you put out all these small places (restaurants and bars) that really seem to get overlooked by us. everybody (including me) talks about km5, kumharas and so on...but i am definitely sure there are hundreds of other cool restaurants around - and i'm gonna explore some of them in less than a weeks time! 8)

sorry to hear DD weren't on top form that night. but on the other hand,
you had another great thursday at pacha with tiga & hernan.

thanks for this cool review. i certainly know how much time it needs to put it all together (remember my reviews?) and i surely will do another proper one...

Great review! :D Sounds like you had a lovely holiday in style. Makes me want to hit those beaches, bars, restaurants and clubs, too! 8)

Thanks guys. Yes, you certainly must get around the island. It's so inexpensive to rent a car (at least, it is in June) and there's public transport too. My only regret is that we didn't get out more... for example, we didn't make it to Santa Eulalia this year whereas last year we were there several times.

Have fun on your trip next week, Nostrum. I'm jealous. Wish I could get back on a plane right now!

Hey John, very good review, I like reviews with lots of details and tips!!!! And looks like you and Irina have a wonderfull time:D:D:D

Well John, I finally managed to finish reading your review which makes me wish I back there already - a great read!

It was lovely to meet you and Irina :p - everytime I saw her she has the biggest smile on her face which was most infectious 8)

Let us know when you are next at the Bridge and we'll join you for a post-match beer ;)

stop fishing for compliments:spank:
no no no... you've got it backwards. That was in response to Kang's line that she "finally managed to finish reading" the thing... made it sound like it took a few days (and Kang's a fast reader!)

As always an outstanding review. I have been looking forward to reading this years chapter and was not disappointed at all, only that another dozen pages would have been good :)

Great to hear you had a blinding time yet again.

Great review and photos Morbyd! They really got me pumped up for my trip next month. I just had to check out your 2005 and 2004 trip on your website too! :D
