Heard about this on the radio this morning. Where do you hide a fifty foot tower of fifty pound notes.
When *ahem* 'a friend' used to get lots of fake notes years ago he used to go up and down various high streets buying low value items, thus changing the large denomination fakes for lower denomination real untraceable notes. It'd take quite a while with this amount.
Loved the soundbite from the police chief dealing with the case on the radio to. "We believe the theives had been casing the location for some time and that the robbery was pre-meditated." No s**t Sherlock!

Indeed. I saw him this morning as it happens. He and his mate had to wait in our transport depot to get their van changed over. You could he was getting frustrated at the standing around! I was going to let him have a shovel to hold onto just to keep him calm
He did his usual 'grunt' style greeting too, but it's kind of timid because he still thinks working men are meant to be scared of their boss. Surprsingly, that always make me feel bad but then I remember how happy in his work he is.
