On O2 who have been fine but due an upgrade. Just want a phone which makes calls, sends texts, has a decent camera, is light, not bulky and with a decent battery life. Not bothered about mp3 players as have my iPod.

Would considering moving networks, but not to T-Mobile. Any suggestions?

Go right through to O2 cancellation. Say your not happy and you want to terminate your contract. Keep going and reject everything they say until they put your through to termination department. At this point, take their last offer. Obviously, this requires you to blag a little but I do this every year for the last 3 and I'm currently on £25 for 400mins 500texts and a free decent phone, currently Samsung E900 and 12month contract. This is loads better than anything on the market.

If you spend alot of money on your contract each month you can get better than this too.

This handset should be free on most networks.... (I've been running one for over 6 Months now).
