I have a really bad phobia about tomato sauce in general.

If I get too close to it I get the sweats etc and just the smell is enough to make me heave.

We all have our cross to bear - I am the same with Kidney Beans - I just have to look at them and I feel ill - they look like beetles with no legs - actually just typing about it has made my stomach go queasy....

Also parmesene cheese - even the smell from someone else's food sets me off....

My mum once had a "Four Seasons" pizza in Ibiza and it had blue cheese on it. I was up through the night being sick because I kept remembering the smell.
