At midnight some gimp decided to climb up into the lighting, therefore no midnight tune

I was in a private party and then we went to the one and only FUSE (my fab club of all the time). My friend Alex and I left around 6 cos at 3pm we took a plane to London :D

Millenium stadium Cardiff watching The Manic Street Preachers gig

No idea what they played all night :D

I was in London with a group of friends, drinking beer and vodka while sitting on top of medical waste dumpsters near the hospital across the river from Parliament, watching the fireworks over Big Ben.

Really funny night.

World Dance @ Millenium Village.

Paid £110 for a ticket and got thoroughly ripped off as the place was cold and half empty! I know I was in the drum and bass room at midnight, although I cant remember who was playing or what tune it was

Gosforth Race Course for a Millenium party held by one of the local club's promoters.

I think it was Basement Jacks's "Red Alert". Wasn't too with it to be honest.

I was, ahem, partying like it was 1999...

I was standing on the steps of L'Eglise Du Sacre Ceour in Paris (the big white church on the hill, I'm pretty sure that's its name!) with my ex-boyfriend and a bunch of mates drinking magnums of champagne with dozens of strangers while watching the Eiffel Tower go up in flames in that amazing fireworks display. Was very, very cool stuff! Got too drunk and ended up falling asleep on a park bench at the Louvre at 4am.

 was at Helter Skelter, Milton Keynes,

over hyped, over priced, and half the arena was not even open

think force and styles were on and played "shooting star"

I was there too!

Thanks for reminding who/what was playing. I don't have any memory of that at all.

 I don't normally have a clue what was played @ midnight but I made mental note to remember cos it was one of thsoe you'd want to tell the grandkids about

Did you go to Space the next day?? I remember the sun was shining, it was the first day of the Millennium and someone played Big Love and I thought life doesn't get any better than this :D

At

Colours big millenium party - absolute rif off crap, most of the ISDN sets were cancelled, Digweed didn't make it up

Midnight tune

Underworld - Rez was the first tune i heard in 2000

I was only 16 so nothing too fancy.

Went to a house party at a friends and just remember dancing around in a big circle at midnight to some pretty cheesy tunes!!

Remember the following year I went to the big party they had at the Millenium Dome which was a great night and properly got me into clubbing.

Was that Skev's party? from NICE?

I was at the worst house party EVER by our two totally OTT gay pals who had just bought a huge house by the coast!! Party was advertised as being like Madam Jo Jo's crossed with a Love Parade - cost everyone £25 each, to cover the cost of sh*t loads of champagne, delectable food, fancy decorations, fireworks etc etc, which we didnt mind because it would have cost 4 x that going out in Newcastle anyway..... All the above was there, but the guests let it down. One half of the room butch lesbians, the other flamboyant gays, the kitchen both the guys' parents, grandparents and friends (WTF!!) and us upstairs running amok being reprobates and doing naughties because we couldnt do it downstairs..... lets just say the party didnt live up to its expectations:twisted:

I spent midnight and beyond(after watching the fireworks) dancing around in the garden with a moon mask and sparklers to Cream live from Liverpool on the radio (which we had been guestlisted for but we couldnt be bothered with the hassle of staying at the parents whilst looking 8O 8O and having to drive back to Newcastle...)

Worst decision of my life ever!!!!! and to cap it all - couldnt get a bloody cab home until 4.30am!!!

I still moan like f**k about this NYE now - thanks for reminding me of it again....:spank:
