Although, I do find being a brit abroad, when i speak to foreigners (not spanish obviously) i do speak in a slightly odd accent. Its a subconscious attempt to make life easier

And the last time i went to Amsterdam I spoke in a Sean Connery type accent for the weekend, yesh

It's not so much the accent but I do slow my speech and try to speak much more clearly.
