McClaren of the Steve variety :p

OMG.....wake up man

I mean it's only on every back page :spank:

Good choice, time will tell, he's the best of the "english bunch" anyway, and has been involved in the setup for ages now, and has worked under (it pains me to say it) the best there is, so yeah im cautiously optmistic :)

My first choice was a dream team partnership of Terry Venables and Stuart Pearce (but I don't think that was ever an option :?  ) so am more than happy with McClaren.

Hmm...I think Pearcey has some work to do in the Summer, otherwise our premiership days are numbered. On a slighty unrelated note though, I got an email from one of my old mates from Nottingham yesterday and I didnt realise that Notts could drop out of the league this weekend 8O Have Forest missed out on the playoffs??

I had this nice vision of old Tel's experience and wisdom combined with Stuart's passion leading England to glory

Forest could scrape a place in the play-offs :? We're 7th on 68 points but it depends on what Swansea and Barnsley do so it's tense times ahead :? Oh the joy of another season playing the likes of Rotherham and Scunny

Barbie starting a football thread, whatever next.

I think he'll do decent job and im pleased he's english too.

We were on such a roll and I thought we'd def make play-offs then they've faltered these last 2 games and left it in the hands of the Gods :?

Definitely, what girl wouldn't want a date watching the mighty Forest :D

One of the players (cant remember who) apparently cancelled his weding as it clashes with either the semis or the final, is this true?

I've decided as I have nothing to play for this weekend I am an honourary Forest & Maggies fan this weekend ( Having Lived there for 5 years and visited both grounds regularly for my footie fix I feel I should be allowed to)

First date with my now wife was Crystal Palace v Huddersfield followed by a Wimpy and a drunken snog at an underground station.

If I can attract a lady with such romantic and thoughful gestures then I must have something going for me . . . . ah, thats better, its always more comfortable slung over my shoulder . . . .

Good choice, bad choice or are you indifferent??

Barbie, as a Boro fan I would have to say he is regarded locally as "negative" for his team selection.

People give him far too much credit for giving the youngsters a chance.
Many fans would have replaced Gaizka Mendietta and Michael Reiziger with James Morrison and Stuart Parnaby long before he did and even without Mendi` being injured.

He`ll get results but it won't be exciting
