May trip 2 nights only

I'm planning a trip for me and the Lady wife to go to Ibiza via Barcelona (Where we will spend some time too). I absolutely love Ibiza for the Summer vibe and I know I'll love it off season too, my Mrs is very, very fussy ( e.g. you could be miles from the airport and never know with all her whining) and disapproves of my summer excursions.

I can't help that but would like all Spotlighters best recommendations for a stylish coupe of nights and days. She likes very nice reastaurants, and meeting older people, she speaks no spanish but i can help her out with that.

Basically i want her to see the best side of the island before it gets too busy so she gives me a break for my summer trips (July & Sept)!!
 
A week!

I been reading these threads and it seems like theres actualyy a lot of really cool stuff going on , on the quiet which is the low key vibe Im after. Can you guys help to put together a suggested schedule of bars and quality restaurants for a weeks tour in April/May
 
It crossed my mind! Nah, she's OK, I prefer my 'jolly' trips solo. You can't keep everyone else and yourself happy all the time and for just a couple of weeks a year i come first.
