:D though you were off to communist hong-kong?..chef=man of many talents....chef/manager is one who is in charge of menu planning,managing kitchen,stock,ordering etc.All chef/managers who work on oilrigs are catering managers too.Menus are planned 3 months in advance.

I will leave it now but i will say in people's heart of hearts he knows the truth of how unfullfilled and sad he must be to behave the way he does.
