Mature Women

I am thinking of going to Ibiza beginning of May probably san antonio, with a mate of mine. We are both males and in our early thirties. What I want to asi about the people who go to the bars and clubs. Are they just youngsters like early 20's or do you get a mature crowd as well. I am bit worried of feeling ol, but just want to find out if women/men in their 30's go to bars/clubs there or are there clubs specially for this age. Also is san antonio or ibiza town better.

I wouldn't worry at all about your age! I'm 30 and my other half is 31, and we don't feel old at all in Ibiza. I would certainly recommend staying over the Ibiza Town end, as the crowd in San Antonio tends to be slightly younger.

Definately go for Ibiza town.

Most of our clan are mostly in their 30's as are a very high proportion of people around Ibiza town and in clubs such as Pacha/Space.

I'd suggest staying clear of San An and stay either in town itself or Figurettas/Playa d'En Bossa.

Defo do not stay in San An... consider San An Bay - much more refined.

Don't miss the sunset strip.

Stay away from the west end - very loutish

As for the clubs/nites:

Don't miss Manumission - everyone there from 18-80

Amnesia is mainly a younger crowd on all nights but if you are gay friendly check out La Troya

Space very mixed age, very cosmopolitan crowd

Give Eden and Es Paradis a wide birth, unless you like Julesy or hard house (lashes) on wednesday

Defo give pacha a visit

Going In May

Thanks for the advice, but I am thinking of going on May 6th -9th, will all these clubs be opened then, will other bar/clubs be opened, will be atmospheric at this time.

The main 'Season' doesnt really get going till June, so most of the clubs won't be open. You will probably get Pacha and El Devino though

You could give Pacha a go on the Saturday.

Most of the decent bars in Ibiza town should be open, but obviously a little quieter than mid season, which isn't always a bad thing.
