Can't remember who its by but it's called Funky Nation

Was out on Muzik Xpress but believe it's now signed to CR2

whow - thanks a lot. i was always searching for something with "spank" in the title.

It seems to be "Ministry of funk - funk nation" just need to find the best mix of it now.
