100% no manumisiion

Why is Manumission opening so late this year?
Last year some clubs opened a week earlier than usual e.g. Cream who filled Amnesia on 19th June '03 on the opening night with Paul Oakenfold.
I'd planned on Manumission being open on 21st or at latest 28th of June. I'm going home on the 4th July so I'll miss it.

Maybe it will change at the last minute? Maybe they know something we don't? Arn't the Spanish troops from Iraq taking a free holiday in Ibiza sometime around June? Maybe they have some private parties arranged?

I went to Manumission twice last year and had a pretty good time - DJ John Kelly was very good. The atmosphere was good - its changed a bit since it first started (I went the 2nd year it was open) - I always go back as its a good way to start the week.. if you don't go too far after Space!

go and see the place yourself and dont listen to others, if we all did that - im not sure we would even make it to the magic isle in the first place :roll: :roll: :roll:

Yes but bear in mind it won't be for everyone, and its a lot of money to fork out for a crap night. It is good for people to voice their opinions that way the reader can make their own mind up. Surely this is what a discussion forum is all about :roll:

loved it the 1st year, its more of a show than a club

i didnt have a clue who was playing the night i was there but he tore the place up anyway


Storm time to burn has been a favourite track of mine ever since that fateful night

did it sober as a judge as well

couldnt do that anywhere else
