oh ye and queing for a pub is not too good but like you say theyre all together so you can stumble out of one and into another which is nice especially when its about -12 and lashing it down

if you want a really top night i cannot recommend ampersand highly enough. music is very hed kandi and the crowd is really nice. pre bar - the bar on deansgate locks is a good starter.
