On the contrary they are almost always cheaper at Saks. I like sleeveless, even though in the US I always risk not being allowed into a club because of my 3/4 length pants and my tank tops. If you get a chance to go to Barcelona prior to going to Ibiza visit Desigual. Their stuff is great too, and the prices are far better.
