From about 16-21(! 
) I used to travel to places like Magaluf, Agia Napa, Marmaris, Alanya, Kos etc.
IMO they're all allright if you're not very choosy and likes to get drunk in the sun with underaged (but very hot 
) swedish chicks!
I had a fantastic time the first couple of years.. however times changed a little around '99. This is when I noticed the boy/girl ratio changed almost to the unbearable. Used to be like 60/40, but I promise you my last year @ Agia Napa must have been more like 80/20... or even worse.
And I'm not talking about out in bars .. the hotel was packed with guys....and most of them noisy British lagerlads :x
