i had a Risotto Mare for lunch.

Mussels, Calimari, Cockles cooked in a lovely tomato based sauce and only £4.50.

:)

I had a chicken breast and then one of those seafood salads with mussels, cockles, prawns and squid. but without the salad.

Protein tastic. Tastes crap.

I'm now making my own salads as a money saver/health drive consisting of the following:

Grated carrot
Lettuce
Mung Beans
Tuna
Chick Peas
Tofu
Beetroot
Tomato
Feta Cheese
Boiled Egg
Spring Onion
Green Olives

Yummy :D

fresh chicken and cheese salad from deli. was feeling a bit light headed so had to have some proper food!

My salad consisted of:

Spinach (popeye ;) )
Red Cabbage
0.5 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
2 sticks celery
1 slice of smoked mackerel
1 large chicken breast
Assorted seeds
Salad dressing
Boiled egg
Grated cheese
Olive oil

I'm quite full now to say the least

and my salad consisted of:

think its called rocket (or something)
carrots
sweetcorn
mushrooms
sugar snap peas
red pepper
& chicken

and this is the first time I have actually enjoyed it :D

Ah well.... the detox has now turned into a diet! I done detox for a day and to be honest it just wasn't for me. I don't like fruit that much, or salad, I love vegetables but then I didnt wanna have them for breakfast lunch and dinner!

I still haven't had any alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, tea, chocolate, fatty foods since Sunday :D
