Azu (a Tatar dish - beef strips in a spicy tomato-based sauce), rice, a small pasta salad, half a bowl of Schi (Russian soup with cabbage and bits of meat).

Yes, I ate in the cafeteria :roll:
 
Chicken salad with spinach, watercress, cucumber, tom's, celery, mackerel, mussels, seeds, a 'fish stick', sweetcorn - all topped off with some sainsbury's organic balsamic dressing and little olive oil.

Oh and a polystyrene flavoured rice cake a short time after.

I need to sleep now.

Tuna fish & mayonaise sarnie straight outta tha tin on wholemeal bread that past its use by date yesterday. :oops: :lol:

Roll on teatime, will cook summat proppa.............in the microwave. :roll: :lol:
 
I had a big dish of pasta with blue cheese and brocoli sauce in my fav terrace. The worst was that I met 5 friends there and I was the only one who had to work this afternoon, they are still there having beers :evil:

I want to be Spanish... :D :D :D

(I am surprised anyone is working in Spain at the moment...isn't it the 3 month summer siesta :lol: :lol: )

I'm sure you and Jane would fit perfectly on here ;) :lol:

Lots of people in summer works from 8 to 3 and has the afternoon free. That it's an old tradition started when there was no air con and it was impossible to work in the afternoon in the offices.
It's not my case and I work 9-2 and 3,30-6,30

And I don't do siestas ;)
