That sounds good :D

I had two cheddar muffins and a rasberry meringue from m&S - there goes the healthy eating!

Tomato and fresh cheese salad followed by some really tasty grilled sardines, all fresh and cooked by myself :D

Chicken, tomato, salad and mayo in wholemeal bread sandwich. Plus a chocolate mousse, some grapes and an apple :D

Someone in the office has just brought in those M&S chocolate minibites. I love them. Except they're 100 calories each and you can eat about 5 without a problem.

Imagine cold slimy fish, a bit of cold slimy rice, wrapped up in a cold slimy leaf that might have been found at the bottom of a tree, and you've got more or less what sushi is like

Sorry, but sushi is probably the best lunch food you can get. I love it!

lunch, dinner or whatever.
sushi is my fav (with paella, of course) food of the world and if it's propertly made with no additives, it's very healthy and not fattering :D
