now that I have a little break to eat I will post my menu.

mine: chicken salad with oil and vinager dressing

Mine was a rather stale baguette, consisting of Turkey Coleslaw and some gratted Motzarella..

Ooh, think I'll play today;

Just about to make - pork rump steak grilled, potatoes microwaved in the punnet, steam fresh vegetables microwaved and covered with lashings of Daddies favourite strong brown sauce. Followed up with an Actimel strawberry yoghurt and a mug of Tetleys decaf tea. Yum yum!

Change of plan, replace steam fresh vegetables with button sprouts and chestnuts. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Cooking now, ready in 10 minutes.

The nearest thing it resemble is Corn Beef Hash.

Potatoes, Corn Beef & Onions. Mixed together. Great Scottish dish for those cold days & nights.

Skint at the moment, so made some for tea last night and having the leftovers at work!

To be perfectly honest, the english call it Corn Beef Hash (ridiculous) adn we call it Stovies (much better)
