As most of us are on detox/diet, shall we have a quick lunch report, see how everyone is doing?!
I am proud to say I made my own salad, never done one before (well unless you count a salad which had about 1 piece of lettuce and the rest was cheese, ham and bread
).
I had lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, a few croutons, and chargrilled chicken pieces, topped off with a dash of Hellmans light dressing.
For snacks I've got cherries, banana, apple and some nuts.
It actually tasted quite nice! I'm getting good at this no carb malarky!
(and before some smarta.rse says yes I know the croutons count as carbs, but they're only tiny!
