Luke Chable

Not anyone I like does that. It was such a bummer.

PvD is very serious when he first steps on... I have heard him in interviews talk about how aware of that he is. He says that he is in full focus mode and concentration until he gets in to his groove... then of course he lets go and rocks out.

Dave Seaman is pretty serious... but for some reason you can still tell he is loving it. Maybe its the bald head? :D

Danny Howells is a freak at the decks. I LOVE IT :P

By the way he was awesome... A for the music, but F- for showmanship. He stood up there like a log with zero expression for most of the show, despite the fact that the crowd was going apeshit. I saw him crack maybe one small smile the entire set and he wasn't even dancing. LAAAAMMMMEEEE :x

um? hello? maybe he was concentrating on his JOB!!! which is 2 mix choons..... not to get up there & jump around & smile & dance 4u??? 8O

geeez.....

luke is a GREAT guy!
& a mighty fine DJ.....
big ups 2 the aussie explosion overseas!!! 8) 8) 8)

I never said I expect spastic THEATRICS in order to be entertained by a DJ. I agree that it can go overboard as well... making a DJ look like more of a clown than a professional.

But the dude looked like he was 1. sleepwalking 2. constipated or 3. just had a root canal for most of the time hahaha. It was a downer for me and for lots of other people I talked to after the set..

I also never said anything about him not being a great guy, I am sure that he is!! I understand the amound of focus and concentration DJ's need in order to perform successfully in the midst of so many distractions. That doesn't mean he has to look like he hates being there the entire time. It has a bigger influence on the crowd's enjoyment than you might realize. Hence all the enthusiastic responses to my "Who's the best showman?" post... A lot of unforgettable experiences described in detail due to the DJ's energy and connection with the crowd.

:D
