looking to buy apartment

I know this has been asked before but I cant seem to find the thread. Can someone help me by either redirecting me to the thread or answering the questions here:

1. Approximately what are the extra house buying costs in Ibiza involved with buying a EUR 200,000 apartment i.e. tax, estate agents, legal etc and who pays them?
2. Isnt there an annual tax charge to foreigners on the market value of the property?

Any other costs involved?

it depends on if the property is new or 2nd hand

on a new property you pay iva (vat) 6%

on all property you pay 7% purchase tax

both of the above on the declared (white money) value ie usually about 2/3 of the actual price.

there are other small amounts involved for registration etc plus the lawyer/gestor fees which the buyer always pays.

the annual tax would be about €250 i reckon

the seller pays estate agents fees - currently a whopping 6 0r 7% !!!
