i like the look of east..but north east....ill try to find this loot place u talk of

Chingfords nice (30mins to Liv St on mainline)

Woodford, Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Snaresbrook. (about 40mins to Liv St via Central Line).

Hainault/Chingford bit further out but is nice suburban setting.

Leytonstone - hit n miss.

If you are desperate, could move to Harlow.

i live in east london.... its not too bad

my mate is moving to london this month and needs a place to stay for 4 months or are you looking for someone to move in more with long term?

Where do YOU live Nitefly? San Francisco? Brighton? Isn't that where all the gays hang out?

I move to London myself in January, so if anyone has any more rental sites (Docklands etc), please post them up !!!
ta !

can't help kitty but

i lived in east london for pretty much all my life until recently when we moved to north london.

norf is more compact, less frenetic people, better places to eat (east is better for booze). unless you work in the city, it's better connected. good tubes and busses. there are more parks.

try finsbury park, camden, holloway etc. the only downside are the gooners.
