London/Hatton Fight/Help Please

I know it's a month away but really looking forward to it after the Calzaghe/Kessler fight 8)

I'm in London the same night the Hatton fight is on. As it's going to be shown here about 3/4/5 in the morning, will there be anywhere showing the fight in London. Staying in the Shoreditch area. Any ideas/advice welcome.

I honestly think every pub, club and petrol garage in the country will have it on!

I'm not really boxing at all, though this fight's going to be the biggest thing to happen in the 'sport' for a long time.
 
Thought that might be the case, but up here all the pubs will be shut by the time the fight starts, in fact most clubs up here will be shut by the time it starts.

I wouldnt be so sure every pub will have it on if its going to be on at 3/4/5 am.

I would say best bet (if you cant find anything local) is Sports Cafe, but you'll have to travel central for that. It's on Haymarket.
 
I can't wait - we are having a 'Boxing Party' :lol:

Malk loads of places have 24 hour licences so you won't have a problem finding somewhere to watch it. Closer to the time if you ask again I'll post a link from thisislondon (or similar) showing where it's giong to be shown ;)

Cheers for the info.

Usually have a "boxing party" as well. The late fight time is no use but -everyone always ends up melted by the time the fight comes on and have to watch the replay the next day :lol:

I saw the queue for that (from Tiger Tiger :oops::oops::oops:) the night of the Rugby final - I doubt there'll be room.

Always the same when a fights on Sky Box Office. Did you see the press conference in Manchester. Was live on Sky Sports News during an afternoon but has to be cut short cause Hatton kept swearing at Mayweather. :lol:

I can wait for this one. Not a massive boxing fan, I assume its a 4 in the morning job tho, I normally drink & smoke so much in the lead up that I am out for the count (boom boom!) by the time it comes on.

It's this weekend. I had a look on thisislondon but couldn't see anything. Any recommendations?
 
Urgh:lol: Sod watching it in a sports bar in london!

As if it's bad enough not being able to get a drink and all the grief when it's an England footy match, the streets will be filled with testosterone fuelled Instant Boxing Experts!:spank:

If I had a, erm, pound for every time someone says "pound for pound" in the next few days...:lol::lol::lol:
