LOCOS DJ Bag.
As usual, "Loco", the eccentric character, well known & loved in Sant Antoni, has been back on the island all summer &, as always, he is heavily involved in helping & advising the younger workers about the pitfalls & dangers of working in Ibiza for a summer. Loco always comes up with a bright idea for some charity fund raising event, which can help the local resident community &, which the workers on the island, who get so much fun out of Ibiza, can contribute to.
Inspired by a brain wave from Julian at Soul City, Loco has been collecting autographs from all the top DJ's on the island on a DJ record bag. He has so far collected 36 of the top named DJ's, all of whom have signed the bag. The list of signatures is endless & includes Carl Cox, Peter Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules, Dave Pierce etc etc. Just waiting to get Fat Boy Slim's autograph this next week when he is on the island, Loco intends to auction this DJ Bag collectors item on e-bay on the web to raise money for a charity on the island. The starting price will be 10.000 pounds, apparently not an unrealistic price to pay for this memento of the Ibiza "clubbing scene," & if enough money is raised it is hoped that Loco will be able to present a cheque to the Can Misses Hospital to buy some equipment for the baby unit.
