Lewis nailed on to beat that lady swimmer in the BBC Sports Personaility of the Year...with that cyclist third.

I woudlnt say he was outdriven regularly. Alonso was certainly taken back by how good Hamilton is, but they were quite close last year, Hamilton ended up a couple of point ahead last year didnt he? (Thats including the penalty Alonso endured after THAT team incident)

I think they're the best two drivers and very close but I still think pound for pound Alonso is a little better ;)
Hopefully renault can continue this recent improvent and make things interesting for next year.

ps: I think Alonso is an idiot too by the way, he needs to grow up a little.

Well you would be biased wouldnt you ;) I too think alonso is probably the best driver out there, but he also has considerably more experience, therefore making less mistakes. And yes he is a tit, and needs to grow up !!

One thing is for certian, F1 is SO much more interesting since the rule changes, the retirement of Schumacher and the emergance of some amazing new talent.

I switched of until last season, now i dont miss a race (apart from the night race in Singapore due to the fact i was partying with you in Ibiza :lol:), it is so much more exciting and unpredictable now. The last two seasons going down to the last races, amazing stuff !!
 
Jon went to see the F1 in Silverstone this year, before he wasn't really a fan but now he is hooked! He says it was one of the best days out ever! I'm actually getting into F1 myself now. Go Lewis!

I took her indoors a few years ago, it blew her away !! You should go Becks, the noise is just mindblowing 8O It can get slightly confusing not having the info you get on the tv (you can get earphones for the commentery though), esp when they start pitting and lapping. But it is a fantastic day out !!!

I'm already planning Valencia and Barcelona next year, got to see our F1 champ with number 1 on his car :lol:

I drove Jon and his mates up this year - the worst thing I could have ever offered. The traffic was an absolute JOKE! :x I was amazed how busy it was, practically the whole of the M1 was at a standstill because of it.
We plan on going again next year but this time we're going to take our tent and camp the day before and the day after to miss the traffic. Could be a nice weekend if the weather is ok!
I'd also like to try and get in a European city one too. Our best friends are travelling Europe next year so that will be the perfect excuse for another F1 somewhere :)
 
I'm well annoyed the F1 is moving to Donners. Takes me 10 min to get to Silverstone now!
