Can anyone recommend a good night out in Leeds on a saturday? Going up next weekend, into funky house, no attitude crowd, any suggestions ?

prefer late license bars or clubs you can chill out in, no meat markets !!

Which weekend are you going? This one or next.

Best funky house club is Speedqueen at the warehouse. Its can be quite erm flamboyant, watch out for the trannies! But the atmos is fantastic. Be advised to get there early coz the ques can get rediculous.

If your around next weekend (3rd Sept) you could try Federation at the Dark Arches, Granary wharfe.

Pre club/late licence bars, the best places to go are around call lane/ lower briggate. Fibre is a good one.

If your around this weekend, id reccomend going to the Fibre/Queens court courtyard party on Sunday, its got an outdoor soundsystem and great atmosphere. (Just pray for good weather).

on the friday night is rude not 2 at stinkys with joeski, this is a quality night in a little club that reminds you of being at a house party, everyone who goes down there is well chilled out and friendly too
