Best way to do it is to take a few weeks beginners' course (like Babs') and then just move to a Spanish-speaking country :idea: (that's how I learned Russian, anyway...). Living with Alesh should help!

Courses are great but the more you talk and interact in the real world, the better you'll get at the language.

Sad I didn't have more practice with my Spanish... I've lost so much of it after 18 (!!!) years since school...
